Defines the current page modes supported by the axis rulers.

Member	Description
BeginValue	the currently displayed page begins from a user specified value - controlled by the CurrentPageBeginValue property of the AxisRuler class.
Index	the currently displayed page is determined by the CurrentPageIndex property of the AxisRuler class.
