Xceed Ultimate ListBox for Silverlight Documentation
AlphabeticalDataNavigationConfiguration Class
Members  Example

Used to configure the DataNavigationControl to display buttons that correspond to alphabetical keys (A through Z).
Syntax
Public NotInheritable Class AlphabeticalDataNavigationConfiguration
   Inherits DataNavigationConfiguration
public sealed class AlphabeticalDataNavigationConfiguration : DataNavigationConfiguration
Remarks
The behavior of DataNavigationControl is determined by setting that class's DataNavigationConfiguration attached property to a DataNavigationConfiguration-derived instance.
Example
The following XAML causes the DataNavigationControl to display buttons corresponding to the letters A through Z. Clicking on a button causes the listbox to browse to the first group whose first-level GroupDescription corresponds to that letter.
<sllb:ListBox x:Name="myListBoxControl"
    ItemsSource="{Binding Path=Customers}"
    ItemTemplate="{StaticResource itemTemplate}">

    <sllb:DataNavigationControl.DataNavigationConfiguration>
        <sllb:AlphabeticalDataNavigationConfiguration />
    </sllb:DataNavigationControl.DataNavigationConfiguration>

    <sllb:ListBox.GroupDescriptions>
        <PropertyGroupDescription PropertyName="Country"/>
        <PropertyGroupDescription PropertyName="City"/>
    </sllb:ListBox.GroupDescriptions>
</sllb:ListBox>
