DefinitionBase Class

Defines the functionality required to support a shared-size group that is used by the Xceed.Wpf.Blendables.Windows.Panels.ColumnDefinitionCollection and Xceed.Wpf.Blendables.Windows.Panels.RowDefinitionCollection classes. This is an abstract class.
