The default values are Increase and Decrease, which activate both RepeatButtons.
Note, however, that this property takes the values of the Maximum & Minimum properties into account, which means that if a value reaches the value set in the Maximum property, the Up RepeatButton will automatically be deactivated because it cannot continue to increase said value anymore; the same thing would happen to the Down RepeatButton if the value reaches the threshold set via the Minimum property.
