InsertionMode Enumeration

Xceed.Wpf.DataGrid Assembly > Xceed.Wpf.DataGrid Namespace : InsertionMode Enumeration
Value representing how the insertion of data is handled in the grid.
Syntax
'Declaration

Public Enum InsertionMode

   Inherits System.Enum
'Usage

Dim instance As InsertionMode
public enum InsertionMode : System.Enum
Members
MemberDescription
ContinuousThe cursor returns to the first editable cell when edit mode ends.
DefaultThe cursor remains at the current cell when edit mode ends.
Remarks

When InsertionMode is set to Continuous, pressing Enter moves the focus to the first editable cell in a new row; this behavior also occurs when Tab is pressed on the last cell. When InsertionMode is set to Default, the focus remains at the current cell. In either case, leaving edit mode using the mouse or the arrow keys does not cause the focus to move to the next editable cell.
