The Xceed Component Installer will copy all the necessary files into the library's installation folder (usually in \Program Files\Xceed Components\Bin\ActiveX) and register the XCEEDZIP.DLL ActiveX / COM component. There are some additional steps you must take to complete the installation, based on which development language you are using.

The License method must be called to license the library for runtime use. This applies to both registered users as well as users of a time-limited free trial license.
