Public PropertyHorizontalGets or sets the alignment used to align the content of a cell horizontally.  
Public PropertyIndentLevelGets or sets the indentation for the content of the Cell.  
Public PropertyIsShrinkToFitGets or sets if the text is shrunk to fit within the Cell or not.  
Public PropertyIsTextWrappedGets or sets if the text content of a Cell is wrapped or not.  
Public PropertyRotationAngleGets or sets the rotation angle. The rotation can be up to 90 degrees upward ( 90 ) or downward ( -90 ). The default value is 0.  
Public PropertyTextDirectionKeeps the text flowing in the specified direction.  
Public PropertyVerticalGets or sets the alignment used to align the content of a cell vertically.
