Public PropertyLockedAllows the user to enable the selection of drawing elements (Picture, Chart, Shape) when the Worksheet is protected. The default value is true.  
Public PropertyPrintsWithSheetThe user can enable or disable the printing of the elements with the worksheet when the sheet is protected. By default, the element will not be printed with the worksheet.
