Member	Description
MoveAndNoResize	When inserting or deleting Rows or Columns, the Picture can move but its size will stay the same.
MoveAndResize	When inserting or deleting Rows or Columns, the Picture can move and change size.
NoMoveAndNoResize	When inserting or deleting Rows or Columns, the Picture will not move or change size.
