Parameters

filename

The path for the image file that will be added.

topLeftCellAddress

The address of the cell where the top left corner of the picture will be located once it is inserted in the worksheet.

scale

The scale of the image.
The values start at 0 and represent a percentage. The default value is 100, which stands for 100%.

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
