Parameters

value

The value produced by the binding source.

targetType

The type of the binding target property.

parameter

The converter parameter to use. If true and value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), true will be returned. If false and value is a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic), false will be returned.

culture

The culture to use in the converter.
