This property indicates (or, when compressing, should be set to indicate) if the GZip header itself the filename in the GZip header itself should have a 16-bit CRC checksum.

Note: If you set this property to true when compressing, even though this is a standard capability for a GZip header, most versions of WinZip won't be able to decompress the file.
