When ZipItemLocalHeader.CompressionMethod is set to CompressionMethod.Stored or ZipItemLocalHeader.CompressionLevel is set to CompressionLevel.None, ZipWritersilently uses the CompressionMethod.Deflated / CompressionLevel.None combination. This makes use of the Deflate data format without compressing data. That format allows unzip operations like the ZipReader class to identify when an item's data ends. This would not be possible if raw uncompressed data were written in the archive.
