It is only valid to call this method once all the files have been read from the stream (i.e., when ReadItemLocalHeader returns a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic)). Otherwise, the method will throw a InvalidOperationException exception.
The method will only return a ZipEndHeader object the first time it is called. After that the stream will have been read past the "Ending Header" and the method will return a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).
