Property Value

The ambient index is the index inherited from the RowSelectorPane in the case where the RowSelector's ErrorImageIndex property is not explicitly set.

If the value of the IsErrorImageIndexAmbient property is true then both the AmbientErrorImageIndex and ErrorImageIndex properties will return the same value.

If the RowSelector does not have an ambient parent (RowSelectorPane), then the value of the DefaultErrorImageIndex property will be returned.
