Property Value

The IsTopBorderDefined property should be consulted before the TopBorder property is accessed to prevent a new instance of a ReportLine from being created in the case where none of the properties of the TopBorder report style have been explicitly set.

The value of the TopBorder property will not be inherited from its parent in the case where it has not been explicitly set (non-ambient).
