A RowHeightExpansion value indicating how the height of the rows contained in the group expands to their content. By default, RowHeightExpansion.NeverExpand.
Remarks

If RowHeightExpansionLimit is greater than zero and RowHeightExpansion is set to RowHeightExpansion.ExpandUpToLimit, the height of the rows will expand, if necessary, until the value defined by the RowHeightExpansionLimit property. If RowHeightExpansion is set to WithoutLimits, the height of the rows will expand until all their content is displayed.

If RowHeightExpansion is set to RowHeightExpansion.NeverExpand, then the value of the RowHeight property indicates a fixed height.
