Property Value

The IsBottomBorderDefined property should be consulted before the BottomBorder property is accessed to prevent a new instance of a ReportLine from being created in the case where none of the properties of the BottomBorder report style have been explicitly set.

The value of the BottomBorder property will not be inherited from its parent in the case where it has not been explicitly set (non-ambient).
