Calling the ResetFixedFooterRow method will set the FixedFooterRow property to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) causing a new RowReportStyle to be created when the FixedFooterRow property is accessed.
The IsFixedFooterRowDefined property should be consulted before the FixedFooterRow property is accessed to prevent a new instance of a RowReportStyle from being created in the case where none of the properties of the FixedFooterRow report style have been explicitly set.
