Raises the FormatSpecifierChanged event.

e: A System.EventArgs that contains the event data.

Remarks

When overriding OnFormatSpecifierChanged in a derived class, be sure to call the base class's OnFormatSpecifierChanged method so that registered delegates receive the event.
