Return Value

The text (Value) will be formatted according to the FormatProvider and FormatSpecifier properties.

If a CellViewerManager is assigned to the cell's CellViewerManager property, GetDisplayText will return the text as it is displayed/formatted by the CellViewerManager.

If the CellViewerManager does not display text, for example, the Xceed.Grid.Viewers.ImageViewer, GetDisplayText will return string.Empty.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
