Public PropertyFormatSpecifierGets the format that will be used to display the text in the Xceed.Grid.Viewers.CellViewerManager.  
Public PropertyNullTextGets the text that is displayed when the text to display in the Xceed.Grid.Viewers.CellViewerManager is equal to NullValue.
