Borders Constructor(Int32,Int32,Int32,Int32)Initializes a new Borders stucture representing, in pixels, the thickness of the left, top, right and bottom borders of a visual grid element.  
Borders Constructor(Int32)Initializes a new Borders structure with the left, top, right and bottom borders all having the same thickness.  
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
