Calling the ResetRightElement method will set the RightElement property to a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic) causing a new HeaderFooterElement to be created when the RightElement property is accessed.
The IsRightElementDefined property should be consulted before the RightElement property is accessed to prevent a new instance of a HeaderFooterElement from being created in the case where none of the properties of the RightElement have been explicitly set.
