Gets a boolean value indicating if one or more properties of the TopBorder report style have been explicitly set.

Property Value

true if one or more properties of the TopBorder report style have been explicitly set; false otherwise.
Remarks

The IsTopBorderDefined property should be consulted before the TopBorder property is accessed to prevent a new instance of a ReportLine from being created in the case where none of the properties of the TopBorder report style have been explicitly set.
