The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.
The item to insert into the list .
Inserts an item to the list at the specified index.

Parameters

index
The zero-based index at which value should be inserted.
value
The item to insert into the list .
Remarks
When using the Internal* methods in a derived class, the fixed size and readonly verifications will be bypassed.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
