Parameters

inner

The stream whose checksum will be calculated.

checksumType

A ChecksumType value indicating which type of checksum to calculate.

expectedChecksum

The checksum value that is expected after all the data has been read from the inner stream.

The checksum validation will occur when all the data has been read from the inner stream.

If an excepted checksum was passed at construction of the ChecksumStream, System.IO.Stream.Close will throw an System.IO.IOException if the checksums do not match.

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
