Gets or sets the permissions of the item.

Property Value

One or more of the Permission flags. The default values are Xceed.Tar.Permission.ReadByOwner, Xceed.Tar.Permission.WriteByOwner, Xceed.Tar.Permission.ReadByGroup and Xceed.Tar.Permission.ReadByOther.

Remarks

Has no effects on the MS Windows operating system.

The default permissions are Read and Write by Owner, Read by Group and Read by Other.
