What's new in v3.3?

File and folder synchronization in version 3.3 of Xceed Zip for .NET and Xceed FTP for .NET. The classes and members of this new namespace let keeping files and folders in different locations--on disk, in memory, on FTP servers, in Zip archives, etc.--synchronized easily.

Three new "Quick" classes provide static methods that let you perform FTP, Tar, and GZip operations with a single line of code: QuickFtp, QuickTar, and QuickGZip. These new classes accompany and complement the currently available QuickZip and QuickCompression classes.

A new product: Xceed FTP for .NET Compact Framework.

Xceed's data manipulation products now also fully support Windows Vista.

This product is only compatible with .NET Framework 2.0. A version compatible with .NET Framework 1.1 is available for download on Xceed’s website (http://xceed.com). However, future updates to the .NET 1.1 version will be limited to bugfixes, and the two versions cannot be installed at the same time.
