Parameters

session

A reference to a FileSystemEventsSession object which is responsible for raising all events that occur during the process.

If the parents of the FileSystemItem object do not exist upon creation of the item, an exception should be thrown.

If an exception is thrown during the creation of the item, the physical item should not be deleted automatically.
