Parameters

events

A FileSystemEvents object that will be used to raise events. Cannot be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

userData

Opaque data that will be passed back to the event handler when an event is raised.

fileName

A String that represents the fully qualified name of the underlying physical file. This file may or may not physically exist. Cannot be a null reference (Nothing in Visual Basic).

ioHandler

Target Platforms: Windows 7, Windows Vista SP1 or later, Windows XP SP3, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later), Windows Server 2003 SP2
