HorizontalOffsetAlignmentFrom Property (Chart)

Gets/sets the horizontal offset alignment from either Margin, Page, Column, Character, LeftMargin, RightMargin, InsideMargin or OutsideMargin. The HorizontalOffset property value will be used as the offset value to calculate from. Note that the HorizontalAlignment property needs to be set to None for this to work. The default setting is None.
