IsEquivalent Method (VarianceFunction)

The statistical function to verify.
Retrieves a value indicating whether a statistical function is the equivalent of the current statistical function such that both statistical functions will return the same result for the same set of values.

Parameters

statFunction
The statistical function to verify.

Return Value

true of the specified statistical function is the equivalent of the current statistical function; false otherwise.
Remarks
A new equivalence key has been provided for the VarianceFunction because of the addition of the EntirePopulation property, which can affect the result of the statistical function.
