IsEquivalent Method (StandardDeviationFunction)

Retrieves a value indicating whether a statistical function is the equivalent of the current statistical function such that both statistical functions will return the same result for the same set of values.

Parameters

statFunction: true of the specified statistical function is the equivalent of the current statistical function; false otherwise.

Remarks

A new implementation of the IsEquivalent method has been provided for the StandardDeviationFunction because of the addition of the EntirePopulation property, which can affect the result of the statistical function.
